In the beginning of the book there is a girl and her mom is in the hospital because she is in a coma. One day her dad comes home with her mom and they had to take care of her. Her whole family gets stressed out when the girl's sister leaves and goes on a trip. While this is happening the girl goes to this lady who has powers and tries to help her.
